2021 completion times are longer than 2019

The average time to complete on a property in the UK in September was 17.6 weeks compared to 13.4 weeks in 2019. Added to the time to list and receive an offer, the total time to move from the time of listing is between 20 and 25 weeks for most of the UK (see geographic breakdown below).
