David and Marie make their dream move to Spain with the help of Spring

David and Marie had always dreamed of moving abroad and toyed with the idea of leaving the UK for sunnier climates for many years. Finally, taking the plunge and following a day trip to look at a shortlist of several properties, they found their dream villa, a stunning property set on a hillside in Costa Blanca, Spain. The move was all set, but plans were suddenly halted when the buyer of their property dropped out and their chain subsequently collapsed.

A stressful time

Unable to proceed or make any of the necessary arrangements like booking removal companies, David and Marie needed to find another buyer. “We didn’t want to be in position where we could lose our villa. We had our hearts set on it and began to worry the move wouldn’t happen. It was so stressful”, explained Marie.

A happy new chapter

Now the sale has successfully completed, the couple are happy and settled in their Spanish villa with their two adorable Jack Russell’s, Poppy and Pip. “We are all really happy, the villa is beautiful, and we are loving the amazing weather. We are both excited to begin this new chapter in our life and we are very grateful to Spring for stepping in and rescuing our sale”.
