Cormac Henderson
Spring is continuation of the vision of Cormac Henderson, the founder of the one the UK’s original house buying companies.
Cormac, CEO of Spring, founded National Property Trade in 2007 when he identified that the open property market did not serve everyone. Cormac’s ambition today at Spring remains true to his original inspiration and company mission, to revolutionise the way people sell their home, solving the challenges and pain-points home sellers face.
Achieving this goal for Cormac means building a customer and employee-centric, efficient organisation, focused on giving customers the freedom they need to move on with their lives. As the UK’s most capitalised Home Buying Service, working to unlock sales and fix broken chains for consumers, Spring has significant partnerships within the industry. Spring works with Retirement and New Home developers and Estate Agents, to provide a range of part-exchange and assisted move services, allowing its partners to unlock opportunities whilst adding value to their customer experience. As a member of the successful executive Spring team, Cormac has helped shape, reform and continue to modernise the way homes are sold in the UK.
Now a recognised leader in the property sector, Cormac is an outspoken contributor to the media discussing the problems inherent in the traditional housing market, including examining the lessons that retired communities can learn from the Covid-19 pandemic.
An entrepreneur, and academic speaker at events hosted by his native Trinity College Dublin, outside of Spring Cormac is keen sportsman and relishes outdoor pursuits including open water swimming, links golf and as a family man at heart, enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 children.
