Referring a friend

1. To be eligible to refer a friend, the person referring (the “referrer”) must:
   • have a valid email address
   • reached final Price Agreed with Spring after 1^st October 2019.
2. To enter promotion, the referrer must follow the instructions on our website, including sending us an email to [email protected] and share details of the referral with their expressed permission.
3. By enrolling in the promotion, referrers agree that by sharing their referral with a friend, Spring may share their name with that friend so the friend knows who has referred them.
4. The referrer may share news of the promotion by email or social media with their friends, family members or any other members of the public, who own a property in England and Wales and may be interested in selling their home to Spring.
5. A referrer cannot refer themselves.

Using a referral

1. To be eligible to accept a referral, the person accepting (the “friend”) must:
   a. Have a valid email address
   b. Be a new customer of Spring after 1st November 2021.
2. Own a property in England, Scotland or Wales.
3. The friend must quote the “referrers” name and email address. The friend must use the same email address as given by the “referrer”.
4. By enrolling in the promotion, the friend agrees that their personal details will be used by Spring and is therefore subject to Spring’s privacy policy.

Getting the reward

1. Once the friend has completed on their Spring sale, both the referrer and the friend will be eligible to claim their vouchers. The value of M&S gift voucher is: £250 each for both referrer and friend.
2. The dispatch of gift cards will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, or via email if a digital gift card is requested.

General

1. The promoter is Spring Operations Ltd, Sunley House, Bedford Park, Croydon, Cr0 2AP.
2. This promotion started on 1st November 2021.
3. Entering this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. No cash alternative will be offered. Spring reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
5. The gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions by Marks and Spencer. Recipients of the gift cards agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
6.  Marks and Spencer is not a sponsor of this promotion. Spring or Marks and Spencer is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
7. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions upon entry. Spring reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award gift cards to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
8. Spring reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
9. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
