Job summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving leads and referrals from our accounts by building and maintaining relationships, attending key meetings, and advocating for and explaining our offering to our clients, particularly our Estate Agency Clients. This role will require travel 3-4 days a week with occasional days in the office. This individual will need to be mature and independent with excellent communication and relationship skills. We are looking for a natural “galvaniser” – someone who enjoys rallying people around a common goal. The ideal candidate will be highly commercial, focused on generating results while deepening relationships. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be an integral part of Spring’s Lead Generation team and will work closely with our Relationship, Valuations, Marketing and Customer Teams. We are looking for a customer-centric person, who understands that excellent service to clients leads to greater profitability.
Key duties & responsibilities:
– Attend estate agency branches and client meetings to promote our product and train their teams.
– Build and maintain profitable relationships with our B2B clients including agency branch managers and area directors through face-to-face visits, emails and call, ensuring we can unlock long-term value.
– Provide excellent service to clients, responding swiftly and effectively to their needs and requests.
– Be one of the primary points of contact for our Estate Agency clients.
– Proactively manage schedule for visiting Estate Agency branches.
– Track and analyse sales reporting, using the data to highlight and plan process improvements.
– Report internally and externally to clients on results of the sales strategy.
– Meet with Spring Team members to share knowledge and plan strategy.
– Use our CRM to maintain and analyse all data.
Performance in this role is measured on volume of leads and acquisitions, profitability as well as the quality of customer service delivered.
General skills & experience:
– 7-10+ years experience in Estate Agency
– Strong skills in customer service and relationship management
– Experienced working with B2B clients
Job summary:
The underwriter is responsible for valuing and assessing risk of residential properties nationwide for acquisition by the company.
Key duties & responsibilities:
– Valuing and assessing risk for residential property to provide offers (up to £500,000) to customers in a timely fashion
– Working closely with the Customer Experience and Progression Team to ensure turnaround times are delivered to maintain an excellent customer experience
– Working with external B2B partners to deliver their business requirements
– Using in house tools to establish initial valuations to create offers subject to survey
– Review formal offers following RICS survey
– Presenting conclusions diligently to management when seeking approval for offers, in line with the company’s delegation of authority
– Update CRM accurately to ensure customers and B2B partners are presented with the necessary information to corroborate Spring’s valuation and offer
– Working with colleagues and management to achieve the company’s overall goals and OKR’s
General skills & experience:
– Estate Agency experience or similar required
– Knowledge of valuing residential property or similar.
