Mr & Mrs Perrin’s story:

When McCarthy Stone began building a development nearby, it caught the eye of Jennifer Perrin 74 and her husband Michael Perrin, aged 86, who wondered what life would be like in a retirement community and how it could meet their changing needs.

Thelma and Alison’s story:

After living in the Carlisle home Thelma shared with her late husband for 56 years, selling a house with so many memories wasn’t an easy decision. Choosing the right property and making the move happen as quickly as possible was a priority for the whole family.
