The Spring team was delighted to entertain key industry clients and guests at the prestigious 2022 WhatHouse? Awards, which celebrate the best new homes and developers in Britain.

Spring was a Gold sponsor of the event, with Spring’s CEO Cormac Henderson presenting the awards for the hotly contested ‘Best Retirement Development’ category.  Our congratulations to go the winners Riverstone (Riverstone Kensington - Gold), McCarthy & Stone (Campbell House - Silver) and Churchill Retirement Living (Riverain Lodge – Bronze), as well as everyone else who was shortlisted.
